covers approximately 1,000 square meters and is ISO7 certified. It houses 4 manual assembly lines operated by manipulators that precisely position satellites for processing. These lines have suspended mechanical arms that deliver tools directly to the operators, increasing efficiency and speed. The final assembly station automates panel assembly with two robots working together at a speed of 2 seconds per screw.
For testing, the clean room houses two 1500-liter TVACs operating concurrently. Unique to the facility are two shakers, certified for ISO7 environments, generating 45 kN and 65 kN, respectively. Final mass and center of gravity verification scales are located within the same room. This setup ensures that the satellite remains in a controlled environment throughout testing, enhancing product quality for customers.
Thanks to these innovations, the SpacePark has reduced satellite production time from 10.22 days to 6.98 days. Today, the SpacePark consumes 3.6 megawatts of energy, with plans to increase reliance on renewable sources, aiming to achieve NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) status in the near future.
